At the Brass Eye Center, we're proud to provide high-quality eye treatments to patients throughout the Latham and Clifton Park, NY areas. We provide a variety of general , medical, and surgical treatments for conditions including glaucoma , macular degeneration , diabetic retinopathy , and others - including LASIK and PRK laser eye surgery.

First, we'll anesthetize you with topical eye drops. Your surgeon will then use a high-tech handheld laser to create a hinged corneal flap on the external surface of your eye, which will allow access to the cornea. Your surgeon will then use the laser to carefully reshape the cornea and replace the flap.

To receive LASIK surgery, the patient must be at least 18 years old, have had no changes in their eye refraction for at least a year, and fully understand the treatment process. If you want to find out if LASIK is right for you, schedule a consultation at our Latham or Clifton Park office.
